Restoring worn upper turret station bores on the EM-3510ZRB to Amada OEM tolerance — on your floor, in 2–3 days, without replacing the turret.
The EM-3510ZRB is a current-generation EM machine. The factory parts book we hold is dated December 2013 and applies from serial number 35105002 onward, so machines in the field are still well inside their working life — turret wear on one of these is a function of how hard it has run, not of age.
The EM-3510ZRB was not built with one turret. Amada's own parts book documents six separate turret assemblies for this machine:

This is the single most common reason a turret job gets mis-quoted on an EM machine — two presses with the same model badge on the front can have different turrets inside. At 30 tons the EM-3510ZRB sits in the workhorse band — mixed duty, mixed material, and usually the first machine a shop reaches for. That versatility is also why its turret wears: it runs the widest range of work, and the stations holding the most-used tools take a disproportionate share of the hits.
Wear is almost never uniform. On a 32- or 40-station turret a handful of stations carry the common tools and go well ahead of the rest, which is why most EM-3510ZRB jobs are partial — the worn stations are sleeved, the sound ones are left alone, and both cost and downtime come down.
The tell is always the same: the fault stays with the station rather than following the tool. Move a tool that is producing bad parts to another station — if it runs clean there, the bore is worn, and new tooling will not change that. See holes out of round, burring on punched parts or punches dulling too fast for the full diagnosis.
Each worn bore is machined to a precise oversize and a hardened USA-made steel sleeve is pressed in with an interference fit, restoring the station to Amada factory tolerance — typically within 0.0002″. Engineers travel to you; the EM-3510ZRB never ships.

The EM-3510ZRB is a thick turret machine. Thick and thin describe the turret, not automatically the tooling — the two are quoted separately, and a machine has to be identified on both counts before sleeves or tooling are ordered.

When a machine of this generation is opened up, turret wear is rarely the only thing found. X/Y ball screws, LM guide rails, clutch and brake, work holder clamps, guide keys, springs and collars are all wear items, and all covered under complete overhaul, on-site, in the same visit.
