We started it. We're still doing it. Nobody does it better.

Turret
Sleeving

TSI invented the turret sleeving process — and after 35+ years and over 150,000 installations across 22 countries, we're still the standard everyone else tries to copy. We are the first and original company to sleeve Amada turrets. We install USA-made hardened steel sleeves to restore your turret back to OEM tolerances.

Others have come along claiming to offer the same service. But there's a difference between copying a process and mastering it. Our engineers have more hands-on turret restoration experience than anyone in the industry. When your machine's accuracy is on the line, you want the company that wrote the book, not the ones still reading it.

What We Do

Restoring OEM Tolerances
to Amada Turrets

Turret Sleeving International restores OEM tolerances to the upper turret stations on the Amada Turret Punch Press with our proven turret restoration process. TSI's turret refurbishing experts will install hardened steel sleeves in the upper turret of your Amada punch press, which will restore the OEM specifications.

TSI has been solving turret accuracy problems for the past 35+ years. We specialize in repairs for the Amada style turret punch press, including:

Any and All Amada Punch Presses

Vipros, EM, EML, EMK, EMZ, AE, Coma, Pega, Vela, Apelio, Aries, and any King or Queen models.

The Problem We Solve

Why Turrets
Wear Out

Every punch stroke puts stress on the upper turret station bores. Over time — thousands or millions of hits later — those bores wear out of round. The result is punch misalignment, poor hole quality, broken tooling, and scrapped parts.

Replacing an entire Amada turret punch press can cost $100,000–$500,000+. TSI's sleeving process restores the machine to factory spec for a fraction of that — and gets you back in production in just 2–3 days.

Step by Step

The TSI Sleeving
Process

01

Inspect & Measure

Every station is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. We measure each bore to identify which stations are out of tolerance and document the wear pattern before any work begins.

02

Precision Boring

Using our state-of-the-art portable boring equipment, we bore out each worn station to a precise oversize diameter — perfectly centered and perpendicular to the turret face.

03

Clean & Prep

All bored stations are thoroughly cleaned and inspected again before sleeve installation. No chips, burrs, or contamination are tolerated at this stage.

04

Install Hardened Steel Sleeves

USA-made hardened steel sleeves are pressed into each bored station with a precision interference fit. Each sleeve is aligned to Amada OEM tolerance — typically within 0.0002".
