This is one of the most widely used Amada turrets. 8 models across the Vipros families are documented on the same 58-station layout — which means a turret job on one is, mechanically, the same job on the others.

Every station bore on the turret, at its true position, numbered as Amada numbers it. Bore positions, bore sizes and number placement are read straight from the factory layout sheet (Turret 1200mm Disc Thick 58 Station 4 Auto Index); the station numbers and tool sizes are cross-checked against two separate records before this drawing is built. Stations are grouped, not evenly spaced — that grouping is real and it is how you recognise your turret. Hover or tap a bore for its size. Where our written records disagreed with the factory drawing about a station's tool size, the drawing was taken as correct: station 216 is C, not D, station 229 is D, not C, station 245 is C, not D, station 258 is D, not C.
