A complete Amada upper turret replacement is made up of four costs: the turret assembly, four to five days of Amada field labour, rigging, and freight. Amada does not publish pricing, so we are not going to put a number on it until we have a real quote — the amounts below are placeholders.
What we can state is the other side. Sleeving the turret you already own costs $22,300 for a complete 48–58 station machine at our published 2026 price, takes 2–3 days, and is usually scheduled within 30 days. Replacement typically carries a 12–16 week lead time before work can even begin.

For a lot of the machines we work on, the honest answer is no. Upper turret assemblies for many pre-2000 Pega and Coma models are simply no longer manufactured. When that is the case the cost question does not arise — replacement is not an option at any price, and restoring the turret you have is the only route back to OEM tolerance.
That is why the sleeving process exists. We invented it in 1990 for exactly this problem, and we have installed more than 150,000 sleeves since.
